Return and Exchange
All sales in Attendre Jewellery are FINAL, unless faulty. Each Attendre Lustre piece undergoes strict quality checks. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece. We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Email info@attlustre.com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not repairable via the provided images, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation.

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Re-size
We offer free resize for 14 days (after product delivered for 3 poin upsize or downsize). After 14 days or more than two weeks, we have to charge a resize fee that are not include delivery costs, additional gold needed or other request such as re-engraving etc. Re-size process will take approximately 7 to 15 business days.
Warranty and Repairs
Each piece of jewelry comes with a 3-month limited warranty, covering minor issues such as fragile stone settings, light scratches, and small damages from normal use. This warranty does not include replacement of stones or major design.
Complementary Cleaning Service
We offer 1-time free professional cleaning service for your jewelry within the first year of purchase. Shipping or delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
